Complex Care
Specialist care built around complex health needs
Personalised support for people with complex health needs, delivered with skills, compassion and clinical oversight, so you can live life on your terms.

Supporting you to live the life you choose
A complex health condition shouldn't mean losing your independence or the things that matter to you.
At Priocare Health Solutions, our complex care is built around you. We take time to understand your health needs, preferences and goals, working in partnership with you, your family and healthcare professionals to deliver consistent, high-quality support.
Treatment of Disease, Disorder or Injury
Priocare Health Solutions is registered with the Care Quality Commission to provide the regulated activity Treatment of Disease, Disorder or Injury (TDDI).
This enables us to support people whose needs go beyond everyday personal care and require treatment delivered by, or under the supervision of, appropriately qualified healthcare professionals.
Our approach combines personalised complex care with clinical oversight, helping people with long-term complex or changing health needs receive safe, coordinated support while maintaining as much independence as possible.
